What we collect
Your answers to the audit questions, which are mostly ranges and amounts you choose to share. We ask for your age as a number, never your date of birth. The audit never asks for your name, Social Security number, account numbers, or health details. If you save your results, we also keep your email address.
How we use it
Only to calculate and show your results and plan, and to let you return to them. We don’t sell or rent your personal information, share it for targeted advertising, use your answers for marketing, or put advertising trackers on audit or results pages.
No account needed
When you start, we create an anonymous session with no email or password, so your progress can be saved. If you don’t save your results with an email, anonymous sessions and their answers are deleted after 90 days without activity.
If you book a call
Booking a free call is optional. If you do, we keep the name, email address and phone number you give us, and what you’d like to talk about, to arrange and hold the call. We may call or text you about that appointment, and if you don’t pick a time we may contact you once to help schedule it. Your audit answers are shared with our team only if you tick the box to share them. Every time a team member opens shared answers, it’s recorded. Our team keeps internal notes of our conversations with you, and follow-up reminders, so we can help you consistently. Booking never changes your score or recommendations. We keep call requests and those notes for up to two years, and delete them with your account if you delete it.
If you buy a package
Payments are taken by Stripe on its own secure page. Stripe collects your card details and billing email; we never see or store your card number. We keep a record of each purchase: what you bought, the amount, any discount code used, and the email you paid with, and we link it to your account so you can use what you bought. If you pay before creating an account, your purchase waits under the email you paid with until you create an account with that email. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, even if you delete your account.
Who processes it
Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling, if you book a call or a session), and Resend (email delivery) for sign-in and team messages.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep your session signed in and secure. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare (for the browser check), Stripe (on its payment page) and Calendly (if you book a call or a session) may set their own cookies needed for those services to work.
Security
Your answers are stored encrypted by our database provider, and access is restricted so that only you can see them, unless you choose to share them with our team when booking a call.
Your choices
You can skip or decline any question. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from your account page (purchase records are kept, as above). To ask for a copy of your data, or for any privacy question, email support@financialefficiencyaudit.com.
Children
The audit is meant for adults. It isn’t designed for, or knowingly used to collect information from, anyone under 18.
